NIL: After the other act to repeal the modmail act I just posted was created I've realized there is still a plethora of bills/acts/legislation that have either been silently replaced by newer legislation without being explicitly repealed, or simply aren't enforced, this legislation, with constitutional authority seeks to "clean-up" these dead bills to prevent confusion and simply to de-crowd the number of passed bills that need to be sorted through. Please note this is probably still not exhaustive and there's likely dozens more dead bills.

Article 1: Upon the passing of this amendment the following are to be null, void, and officially repealed:
