Chief CAT Amendment (C.C.A.)

Article I: The President must nominate a member of the Canonical Advancement Team to become the Chief CAT. This nomination must be approved by at least 50% + 1 of the Canonical Advancement Team.
Article II: When a lore proposition is made, the Chief CAT must review it. Once they have reviewed the proposition, they shall decide whether to approve the proposition and make it canon or to send it to the Canonical Advancement Team.
Article III: If the proposition has been sent to the Canonical Advancement Team, they shall decide whether it shall become canon or not.
Article IV: This Amendment shall override any conflicting articles in Proposition 20260830-0, also known as the Canonical Advancement Team (C.A.T) Amendment.
Article V: Once this amendment has been passed, it shall go into effect immediately.
