Section 1. Shorthand.

(a) SHORTHAND—This bill may be cited as the DCU, or as the Dual Career Utilization.

Section 2. DCU

(a) IN GENERAL—An individual shall retain the legal privilege to hold a maximum of two Ministerial Seats as long as—

(i) That individual is not actively holding the office of President or Vice President.
(ii) No contractual agreement, court order, or binding restriction prohibits the doing thereof.
(iii) That individual is not actively holding the office of Ombudsman.

(b) PROVISIONS—All contents within this shall hold Constitutional Authority.

(i) Ministerial Seat(s) is defined as—
The position related to the leadership of a Ministry, often named a Minister.

(d) ENACTMENT—This shall come into immediate effect.
