Noticed that some ministers can run for positions when they probably shouldn’t be able to.
Article 1: No person who has legal access to the Citizen ID Database (as defined in CAMPER) shall be able to be a part of council, Vice President, or President.
Article 2 this article shall be enacted after it passes council and once the October 2026 elections begin.
This might be kinda poorly written but this is just to throw it out there.
