1. *To establish a memorial service and historical recollection service within Teen Government and associated bodies, wherein we ensure those who shaped this land are not left behind or abandoned.*

1. *Be it enacted by the Council of Teen Government and kept in law by the President.*

1. ***Sec 1. SHORT TITLE.***
2. *This act may be cited as the Remembrance Act or the Sean Act.*

1. ***Sec 2. Remembrance Services.***
2. *(a) IN GENERAL —The Minister of the Economy may establish the funding of the Remembrance Program, in the insurance of maintaining the historical relevance of membership, and provide such funding towards all eligible individuals that—*
3. *Before the enactment of this law are actively within the position of Minister of Documentation, otherwise known as the Minister of Documentation, or otherwise a member of the Minister of Documentations Documentation Team.*
4. *(b) DIRECTING OF FUNDS—The Minister of Economy, if has made the decision upon granting funding for the Remembrance Program, shall send all related funds to the Minister of Documentation or any individual the Minister of Documentation requests upon, who has an account on the ARPD granting reasonable access to the Economy.*
5. *(c) USE OF AMOUNTS—The amounts provided shall be used to encourage the editing of the Teen Government Miraheze Wiki, wherein the Minister of Documentation shall be tasked towards the compensation of those who help in the documentation of Teen Government events, based on discretionary action..*
6. *Any used funds must be publicly announced in a manner a reasonable person may access and view the use and reasoning.*
7. *(d) REGULATIONS—The Documentation Minister shall hold complete and entire discretion upon provided funding unless discretionary action that—*
8. *Is used as bribery or embezzlement of funds.*
9. *Is used as the encouragement of a crime.*
10. *Is used towards the payment of a company or corporation.*
11. *Is used towards the compensating of individuals for non-Teen Government Miraheze reasons.*
12. *Is used to compensate individuals who falsely imputed content within the Miraheze, including the act of providing misinformation within the Miraheze Wikipedia.*
13. *(e) DEFINITIONS—In this section:*
14. *The Minister of Economy or Economy Minister as the Minister responsible for the overseeing of the Economy, the printing of funds, and general action of Economy related concepts, who has been appointed by an able minded President and approved by Council.*
15. *The Minister of Documentation or Documentation Minister as the Minister responsible for overseeing the Miraheze Wiki and all general documentation initiatives, who has been appointed by an able minded President and approved by Council.*

1. ***Sec 3:  Half-Mast Remembrance of Lost Membership.***
2. *(a) IN GENERAL—On the 15th of every other month, beginning within September Teen Government shall hold "Remembrance Day”, wherein individuals who left Teen Government shall be honored and remembered.*
3. *(b) PRESIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES—The President may have full discretion in the proceedings of the ceremony, and is to celebrate lost membership in any manner legal upon Teen Government law.*
4. *(c) GOVERNMENT OFF-DAY—All labor and employed work shall cease upon "Remembrance Day”, and no one may mandate another to do any forms of labor, without it being of the employes own decision, excluding cases that—*
5. *The Office is of Council, who will continue work*
6. *The Office is of the President, who will continue work.*
7. *The Office is of the Vice President, who will continue work*
8. *The Office of Prime Minister, who will continue work*
9. *(d) COURTS—No court day may be scheduled upon "Remembrance Day”, and any court case scheduled upon such date shall be rescheduled.*
10. *(e) DEFINITIONS— In this section:*
11. *The Office of Council is defined as an elected representative of Teen Government responsible for the voting of legislation.*
12. *The Office of President is defined as the elected Head of State and the Executive.*
13. *The Prime Minister is defined as the Head of Government.*
14. *The Vice President is defined as the Officer second in command to the President and serves as the advisory of the President.*

1. ***Sec 4. Enactment and Sunsetting.***
2. *SUNSET—Sec 2. Remembrance Services shall have all enshrined contents nullified upon the 25th of October, 2027, contents enshrined within Sec 3. Half-Mast Remembrance of Lost Membership shall remain into effect until another law nullifies it.*
3. *ENACTMENT—Upon passage by Council, this law shall gain immediate effect.*
