Section 1: Definitions
Article 1: Mentioning, to mention, to ping, and to Use the means of a platform to draw the attention of an individual are all collectively defined as any action, particularly or otherwise those that use methods of the same name built into the platform on which it takes place, to draw the attention of, notify, or otherwise send a message, post, or else, which is clearly intended for a certain recipient, notifies a certain recipient, or otherwise reasonably similar. By extent DMs (Direct Messages), PMs (Personal Messages), and GMs (Group Messages) are counted as one if they have the ability to notify the recipient.
Article 2: Harassment is defined as harassing, or otherwise using the means of a platform to draw the attention of an individual, in a way which is clearly unwanted, inflammatory, or otherwise which the recipient of such has previously stated is unwanted or is clearly unwanted, where it is clearly and reasonably not related to a specific laid-out duty of a governmental office the one sending it holds. Examples of such include but are not limited to: Pinging an individual with inflammatory statements of which the recipient has clearly stated they are triggered by or it is clear they are triggered by, attempting to bypass or use other means to contact an individual whom has blocked you, or other such events.
Section 2: Terms
Article 1: It shall be illegal to harass an individual.
Article 2: While not strictly required for it to be considered harassment the victim may state they do not wish such contact to the one sending messages or publicly state such and if evidence such content was still sent to them after the notice it may be considered harassment.
Article 3: The following, when seen as decided by the courts to be reasonable under the law, shan't be considered harassment under this act:

• a) Messages or posts used to carry out governmental duties the sender is required to do by law
• b) Notifications required as a part of moderation, such as ban messages or reasons or explanations for moderation actions. It is required the sender be a part of the administrative branch for this to be enacted as an exception.
• c) Automated messages that cannot be reasonably stopped. Such as the message automatically sent when a user is banned.
• d) A message whose contents are reasonable critique, factual statements, or otherwise state a fact, so long as they are not sent unreasonably often, can not be considered valid harassment if they do not ping the person attempting to opt-out.
