Sec 1:

(a) IN GENERAL—Council shall lose the legal authority to vote upon World Building that—

(I) aims to create false canons which did not truly occur within Teen Government
(II) Aims to nullify or conflict with preexisting Canon.
(III) Uses an individuals name who has stated their opposition to the use thereof.

(c) POWERS GIVEN—The Minister of Expansion shall be given the legal authority to either accept or deny World Building into Teen Government Canon, yet until decided shall be considered Uncanon. They may only accept or deny World Building that has been labeled as such by use of flair or name.

(c) LIMITATIONS—Council may overrule the decision of the Minister of Expansion with a supermajority concurrence amongst membership.

(d) OPT OUT—Any individual has the legal authority to opt-out of World Building, therefore if they properly tell the Minister of Expansion it shall give a legal mandate for the Minister of Expansion to reject World Building including their username or identifiable identity.

(d) DEFINITIONS—within this section—

(1.) Council is to refer towards the legislature of Teen Government.
(2.) The Minister of Expansion shall be considered the Minister responsible for the overseeing of exterior platforms wherein Teen Government has accounts.
(3.) World Building shall hereby refer to the act or attempt to create narrative, story, or otherwise lore with events that did not occur in Teen Government by the use of Teen Government members and/or setting.
(4.) Uncanon shall refer to events that did not occur in Teen Government that are not considered apart of official events. These may still be called as events yet are not considered Canon. World Building denied by the Minister of Expansion falls under this category
(5.) Canon shall refer to events that either did or didn’t occur in Teen Government which are considered true. These are either events which truly took place or World Building accepted by the Minister of Expansion.

(e) ENACTMENT—this shall come into immediate effect and any law contradictory to this shall have contradicting clauses repealed.

(f) PAST OCCURRENCES—All previously passed World Building, which occurred by Council approval of motions, shall be hereby repealed and considered Uncanon unless declared Canon by the Minister of Expansion.

(g) ANNOUNCING—The Minister of Expansion is legally obligated, if they accept World Building into Canon, to publicly announce by Subreddit Main Page post stating the accepted World Building, the name thereof, and the reasoning for its acceptance.
