Section 1: Definitions
Article 1: An unreal lore or canon event is an event not based in reality (it was written, created purely for world-building, and did not happen IRL/in reality)
Section 2: Terms
Article 1: Any and all of the following may opt out of all unreal lore and canon events completely or partially without repercussion:

  • a) An individual
  • b) A system - So long as a majority of alters concur; such an opt-out shall allow for stipulations such as only certain alters being mentioned.
  • c) A party - so long as a majority of whatever happens to be its leadership structure agrees.
  • d) An organization - so long as a majority of whatever happens to be its leadership structure agrees.
  • e) A company - so long as a majority of whatever happens to be its leadership structure agrees.
  • f) A server, platform, groupchat, or otherwise so long as a majority of moderators and the server or platform owner agree.

Article 2: Any unreal lore or canon event that mentions an entity that has opted out is to be voided if that entity opted out prior to said event is canonized.
Article 3: An entity may un-opt-out at any time so long as whatever condition was required to be opted-out is met in favor of opting back in.
Article 4: To opt-out (or back opt-in):
  • An individual (a) - shall contact the Documentation Minister stating they wish to opt out.
  • Other (b,c,d,e,f) - an individual acting as a representative for such an entity shall contact the Documentation minister on the entity's behalf with evidence that the conditions have been reached.

Article 5: The following methods are explicitly allowed for contacting the Documentation minister for opt-outs/ins, however the documentation minister may allow further ways to contact them for an opt-out so long as they are reasonable: A DM to the minister, a message sent in a mutual server or platform that pings, mentions, or otherwise notifies the minister, a post on the SMP. All methods shall require the name or username of the entity opting in-out.
Article 6: The Documentation minister shall be required to maintain a reasonably updated list of entities that have opted-out on the TeenGovernment wiki or an other public viewable place.
Article 7: A individual is considered opted out from the moment they send an opt-out.
Section 3: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution.
Article 2: The following shall be automatically opted-out when this amendment passes (due to how confusing it'd be for me-the documentation minister-to contact the documentation minister.):
  • The (ยง2.1(a)) individual(s): u/Zeedith- / u/Levenop / @z3dth & Variants and alts of such.
  • The (ยง2.1(d)) organization: Accountability, Reproducibility, Persistence, and Documentation organization (ARPD) and any such products or servers of such.
  • The (ยง2.1(c)) defunct party: Accountability, Reproducibility, Persistence, and Documentation party (ARPD)
  • The (ยง2.1(f)) platform: Quixim (*.zerr.cc) and it's services.
