Old legislation causes issues once again so some things need fixing.
Section 1: Terms
Article 1: `Legislature as a sub try 2 (ZEEDITH WROTE THIS ACT NOT ME)` is to be made constitutional and be an amendment to the constitution.
Article 2: In `Legislature as a sub try 2 (ZEEDITH WROTE THIS ACT NOT ME)`'s §1.2 "where voting may use the following process: " shall be amended to "where voting shall use the following process: ".
Article 3: The Council voting reform act is to be null and void.
Article 4: All legislation referring to the voting GC/chat shall now refer to the subreddit.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately go into affect and amend the constitution.
