\[DEFINITIONS\] Member: Someone within the TG official Discord, Subreddit, or any official settlement.
\[I\] The Ombudsman has the power to during an investigation, at any moment, call up a member and interrogate them.
\[II\] Refusing an Ombudsman's call for interrogation is a crime punishable by a maximum of 1 month's ban.
\[III\] Abuse, as decided by the Judiciary & the Council, of this power by the Ombudsman is grounds for removal and potentially further punishment on a case-to-case basis.
\[IV\] The Ombudsman may only use this ability once per person, per investigation.
\[V\] If called to interrogation by the Ombudsman, you must tell the truth. If you are caught lying, you will face an instant 1 day ban from all TG spaces unless settled by all parties in court.
\[VI\] If called to interrogation by the Ombudsman, members have the right to refuse questions that are not related to the case. The Ombudsman may challenge this, however, and if the Ombudsman is sided with in the judiciary then the punishment as outlines in \[V\] is enacted to the member.
\[VI\] The Ombudsman must, in the start of any investigation, inform the member being interrogated of all rights granted to them in this amendment.
\[VII\] An interrogation may not be called for any of the following reasons:\- Personal Issues\- Issues on race, gender, religion, sexual or romantic orientation\- Partisan Issues\- Non-Legal Issues
\[VIII\] The Ombudsman must maintain calm during the interrogation, and may pause the interrogation if they are getting heated or if something prevents them from continuing.
\[IX\] Issues related to the following may still be investigated, and may be interrogated if illegal actions occurred:\- Personal Issues\- Issues on race, gender, religion, sexual or romantic orientation\- Partisan Issues
