Canon Event Proposition: An SMP-Side request to formally change the lore of the server

Section 1: SMP Changes
Article 1: A new flair shall be added to the SMP, titled Canon Event Proposition
Article 2: Any registered user may make a Canon Event Proposition so long as it follows this test

Is the proposition designed to unfairly effect people of a certain political stance?

Does this proposition target individuals for personal reasons?

Article 3: If the CAT answers the test with Yes, No, and No, and a vote is conducted pursuant to \[\], the lore of the subreddit shall officially include this development
Section 2: Participation of Parties and individuals
Article 1: Being a part of TG lore is STRICTLY OPT-IN. Everyone, until the point they have DM'd the Chief Justice on Discord or Reddit asking to be a part of lore, is considered to be ineligible to make or be in CEPs.
Article 2: All parties are considered to be opted into the lore for development reasons
Article 2A: Parties may opt-out if a majority vote of party members wishes it.
Section 3: Non-Player characters
Article 1: For the purpose of lore, all provinces, cities, and towns are considered to have NPCs that may assist in lore in whatever way CEPs allow.
Section 4: Election of CAT Members
Article 1: CAT Members shall be officially referred to as CATS or kittens.
Article 2: They will be elected every month along with the Council.
Article 3: They will be elected with STAR voting
Article 4: No person who leads or officially represents a party may be elected as a CAT Member
Article 5: 7 Kittens will be elected
Section 4: Voting
Article 1: Kittens shall adopt CEPs as official Sub lore with a majority vote
