Article 1: the MRIR will now have one person in a party register all council candidates (in order of the party list).
Article 1.1: This doesn't apply for independents who will register like earlier
Article 2: The Presidential candidate's (and by extension, the Vice Presidential Candidate's) election registration process will remain unchanged
Article 3: If passed this will come into affect on the 15th of September 2026
