Medal of Honor Awarding Reform Amendment

Preface: There's been a lot of disagreement over giving out medal of honors lately and a lot of bills nominating it, so I figure I'll write this to streamline it.
Section I
Article I: Only a maximum of 1 medal of honor may be given out per month
Article II: Once the awarding of the medal of honor has been approved, the president must make a post awarding the medal of honor to the user. This post is not required to, but should include, the reasons for the nomination, and other comments from people in TG that further support the awarding of the medal of honor.
Article III: If not already done, "Medal of Honor recipient" must be made as a role on the official discord.
Edit 1: Changed the proposal from an amendment to an act
Edit 2: Removed Articles II and III and moved Articles IV and V up in number
Edit 3: Changed Article I to cap at one per month rather than 2
Edit 4: Removed language regarding the president's nomination in Article IV (now article II)
