New Party Megathread Act (N.P.M.A.)

Preface: SInce the old party megathread is dead as a doornail, I hereby propose this act to actually revive the party megathread. I made the person making it the Foreign Minister because they're probably the closest thing we have to an immigration official, and the megathread is for new immigrants to TG.
Article I: There shall be a post created by the Foreign Minister which must be permanently pinned.
Article II: This post shall be titled "Party Megathread".
Article III: The post must state that party leaders are invited to comment on the post describing their party and that new folks are invited to look at the different parties.
