Related Coding Bill
Preface: This bill serves to redefine the purpose, and implement a structure to the “Balance Team”.
§1: Redefining
Section Preface: To set up a basis for this bill, the Balance Team itself, and things related to it, need to be redefined.
a: The “Balance Team” is officially recognized as a team meant to aid in the creation of anything that requires computer coding in relation to r/Teengovernment.
b: “Projects” are to be defined as anything that requires the use of the Balance Team.
§2: Organizing
Section Preface: Until now, the Balance team has been an unspecified group, now with this bill, it will have a dedicated structure.
a: One person is to be appointed as the “Chief” of the Balance Team.
b: The Chief is to be the main programmer for BT projects, and instructing the rest of the team. The Chief must also divide responsibility of certain aspects of a project to members of a team, unless they deem it unnecessary.
c: The rest of the balance team under the Chief will be divided into two groups:
Programmers
Advisors
d: Programmers are responsible for aiding the Chief in coding.
e: Advisors are responsible for directing the Programmers and Chief on what the finished project needs to be, and what needs to get done. On a project such as the economy game, where those parameters are written in law, Advisors are responsible for reading and interpreting those laws on behalf of the Balance Team.
§3: Projects
Section Preface: Now that the team itself has been defined and structured, this bill must next define what exactly the Balance Team does.
a: Projects may be assigned to the Balance Team via legislation, which may be passed through council.
b: Projects may also be assigned directly by the President, which can be vetoed by the Council with a 50% +1 vote
c: The specifications of Projects may be assigned via legislation, which may be passed through council.
d: Specifications may be added or changed to Projects at any time via legislation, which may be passed through council.
e: Council, the Chief, and the President may appoint new members to the Balance Team at any time.
f: The Chief, and President may impeach any members from the balance team at any time.
§4: Legalization
Section Preface: Important articles to make sure this legislation is counted, as well as miscellaneous articles which don't fit in other sections, yet do not warrant their own.
a: This bill is to go into effect immediately upon passing.
