Definitions:
Province: A first-level subdivision of a nation.
Provincial Party: A party which only members of a particular province may join.
National Party: A party whose membership is not restricted by province.
Article I: Individuals may be in up to one Provincial Party.
Article II: It must be legal for individuals to be in a Provincial Party and a National Party at the same time.
Article III:
a. The official abbreviation for Argementa shall be AG.
b. The official abbreviation for Nevarro shall be NV.
c. The official abbreviation for Northumbria shall be NU.
d. The official abbreviation for Overton shall be OV.
e. The official abbreviation for Secession Island shall be SI.
f. The official abbreviation for West Avantium shall be WA.
g. These abbreviations may be changed by a motion by Council.
Article IV: Provincial Parties must be appended with the abbreviation for their province in parentheses in all official documents.
Article V: A question shall be in the September 2026 and all subsequent censuses asking what Provincial Party a respondent is in, if any.
