• Section I\] Definitions

• Article I: A roommate is a registered individual in the census who lives with at least one other registered individual under contractual agreement.

• Section II\] Regulations

• Article I: All contracts establishing legal roommate status between registered individuals must align with the Contract Reforms Amendment.

• Article II: Contracts establishing legal roommate status between registered individuals may not be used to leverage or transfer wealth between individuals.

• Section III\] Census Question

• Article I: A question shall be added to the Census, and shall ask “Do you have a roommate or roommates?”

• Article II: A question shall be added to the Census, and shall ask “If you have a roommate or roommates, who are they? (List either Discord or Reddit user)”

• Section IV: Contract Frame

• Clause I: All terms of the contract may be edited. (This includes the Obligatory Weston Koury Cardboard Standee)

• Clause II: The amount of signers may also be edited.

• Clause III: Any member may terminate the contract, but if an agreement cannot be reached, a judge may decide the fair route to terminate the contract if anything is shared.

• Clause IV: The contract may be edited at any time, including after signatures, with consent from both parties.
