Preamble: As President I have really felt like the Presidency needs a centralized server for an office, especially if they aren't a mod in the main TeenGovernment Discord server. Therefore, here is a short little act:
The Office of the President Act
1 Unless the President lacks Discord, the Office of the President Discord server shall be the official base for presidential operations.
(1) If the President does not have Discord, this server is not required to be used.
2 The server can be built or edited at the President's discretion, except for a few mandatory parts, including
(a) a welcome section with a welcome channel and a space to ask the President questions;
(b) an official announcements channel for the President to post official statements, and
(c) a space for all ministers to meet.
3 This will be enacted upon passing, and the server is to be created by the incumbent President at the time of this bill's passing.

I humbly request Council pass this bill.
