Article I: The purpose of Committees shall be to study our laws and the problems facing our nation and work together to make legislation fixing our laws and the problems facing our nation.
Article II: Committees shall be made up of Council Members who volunteer to work in the Committees.
Article III: A Committee must be created, known as the Committee on Grammar. Its purpose will be to examine our Constitution for grammatical and typographical errors and to work on legislation to fix these errors.
Article IV: A Committee must be created, known as the Committee on Loopholes. Its purpose will be to examine our laws to find potential loopholes and work to fix these loopholes.
Article V: Committees may be created and removed via a motion by Council.
