20260805-4 \\ ??? words \\ Passed \\ Score: 0 \\ No summary

Preface: Apparently you can't submit a prop without reddit, so this would make it easier for people who dont have reddit / are banned / their post keeps getting removed / are temporarily unable to access reddit

II) In the forums channel, any citizen may post a proposition the same as how it would be done on reddit.

IV) When a decision is made, a council member will comment in the proposition declaring the verdict.
V) This act will go into effect upon passage.
