\[PREAMBLE\] Mental Health has been the most deadly, hurtful, and persistent threat to exist in TG in it's history. We cannot try and mitigate that threat while binding ourselves with non-existent laws.
\[I\] The Minister of Mental Health will remain a position, and will be in charge of endorsing, conducting, and running Mental Health services in TG.
\[II\] Among these, the Mental Health server will be granted the legal immunity that is given to unrelated servers, meaning it does not have to follow Tegovian law. (Excluding this one)
\[III\] The Minister of Mental Health will still run the Mental Health server.
\[IV\] This amendment can be changed with a 55% or more agreement in a PIPA poll.
\[V\] This amendment can be considered null & void if 2/3 + 1 of the public agrees so in a PIPA poll.
\[VI\] The President may VETO any public poll's results if the VP and simple majority of the Council agrees so.
\[VII\] This amendment also recognizes Breezy's full title as: "Breezy Bee the Adorable and Intelligent", and Breezy Bee the Adorable and Intelligent must be refereed to as the previously mentioned title in legal documents and court cases.
EDIT: Added ", and Breezy Bee the Adorable and Intelligent must be refereed to as the previously mentioned title in legal documents and court cases." to clause VII.
