PREFACE: Though the War Actualisation and Regulations (WAR) Act is a great start to the conceptualization of war in TeenGovernment, I believe the system it has created can be improved upon.
Personally, I think there are some issues with the current system. I find it unnecessary that in order to make significant decisions in regards to wartime, the vote of the Foreign Minister would weigh as much as the president, Vice President, and a supermajority/simple majority of Council respectively. I find this problematic considering that the Foreign Minister is not a high office, in comparison to such positions like President, Vice President, and Council member. Furthermore, it creates a significantly lengthy process in decision making, which could benefit from being shortened.
