Preface: The current legal descriptions of the Navy are far too simple and outdated, this serves as both an update and expansion on it.
§1: Titles and Ranks
Section Preface: The current law does not explain all the ranks, and is outdated in this respect, this section fixes that.
a: The head of the Navy is renamed to "Grand Admiral".
b: The following list is to be the official rank hierarchy of the Navy, from highest to lowest rank:

\-Master Chief
\-Captain
\-Commander
\-Lieutenant
\-Chief
\-Chief Warrant Officer
\-Master Chief Petty Officer
\-Chief Petty Officer
\-Petty Officer

\-Ensign Apprentice
\-Recruit.
c: The following list is to be the official hierarchy of Ship Classes, from Lowest to Highest:
\-Prime Capital Ship
\-Capital Ship
\-Primary Ship
\-Secondary Ship
\-Tertiary Ship
\-Gamma Submarine
\-Delta Submarine
d: The duties of each rank are to be as detailed in the "Tegovian Navy" Document.
e: No Navy positions are to be considered High Offices, anyone can have a Navy rank and be in a high office of the government such as Council or President.
f: Only the Grand Admiral position must be filled at all times, the rest may be left open to account for a small population, though filling all positions is recommended.
g: Economy labor bots may hold any rank lesser than Master Chief, and must be supervised by their superiors
§2: Fleets
Section Preface: This section serves to detail the structure and requirements of the Tegovian Navy Fleets.
a: There are to be a minimum of 6 fleets in the Navy.
b: One of the six fleets is the Executive Fleet, which is commanded by the Grand Admiral.
c: All fleets that are not the Executive Fleet are to be commanded by an Admiral.
d: The Navy may commission the construction of ships from private corporations.
e: The Navy may construct their own ships using their own funding.
f: The Navy is to have a minimum of 300 ships.
g: The Grand Admiral is to have their own Prime Capital Ship to command.
h: All Admirals are to have their own Capital Ship to command.
i: All Master Chiefs are to have their own Primary Ship to command.
j: The Navy's fleet is to begin construction/commission within two weeks of the Tech Tree being released and ships to exist within the economy.
h: The following list of ships must be obtainable with the economy game/Tech Tree as soon as the Balance Team is able.
§3: Funding
Section Preface: Structuring the President's power to fund the military.
a: The President is to decide how much funding to delegate to the Navy.
b: The Grand Admiral may request more funding from the President.
c: The President can at any time make funding the Navy a responsibility of the Minister of Economy.
e: The President may veto any choices the Minister of Economy makes in regards to funding the Navy, with the exception of the spending limit.
f: The Minister of Economy may set a limit to the amount the President can spend on the Navy.
g: Section 3 article f may be overridden by the President in States of Emergency or in times of war.
§4: Law
Section Preface: Important articles for the amendment itself rather than the actual Navy, as well as miscellaneous articles that don't fit in other sections but don't warrant their own.
a: Section 1 and Section 3 of this amendment are to go into effect immediately upon passing.
b: Section 2 of this amendment is to go into effect immediately upon the release of the Tech tree into the economy.
c: This bill is to amend the "Military Expansion" bill
d: The President may Veto any decisions made by the Grand Admiral with the Minister of Millitary's permission.
