Article 1: refugee is someone who is fleeing from their current political simulation
Article 2: refugees can request a visa to come to Teen government, in order to secure a visa they must show they aren’t hateful
Article 3: the council assume the responsibility for allowing people to have visas via a 50+1 vote
Article 4: visas can be recalled if the person commits a crime or is seen to be hateful
Article 5: in order to become a full citizen the visa owner must complete tests to show familiarity with Teengovernment law (a committee will be temporarily formed to make said test, after the test is completed it will be disbanded)
Article 6: the president has veto power over who is allowed a visa, however they must have proper reasoning for this action
