Section 1: Terms
Article 1: It shall be expressly illegal to share or post Citizen IDs to those not authorized to view them in any way, shape or form. (Excluding reminding a single user of their ID if the person reminding them of their code is sure beyond a reasonable doubt they are contacting the person of whom the code is issued to)
Article 2: Any posting/sending of Citizen IDs may be immediately removed by mods without repercussion so long as proof or a record of it is kept. (For Reddit mods this doesn't do anything as "removed posts" can be re-approved later without loosing anything; for any other context this means screenshoting or otherwise recording (e.g. via a api response capture) the message/post)

Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution.
