Simply thing to prevent laws from being enforced when people don't know that they're passed.
Section 1: Terms
Article 1: All amendments, bills, and other forms of laws which create crimes or criminalize something shall be legally enforceable only after their passing is made public. Either via a transparency post or other post on the SMP that shows it has passed.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution.
