Section 1: Terms
Article 1: A piece of legislation is a bill/act by default and is voted upon as such.
Article 2: A piece of legislation is a constitutional amendment and is to be voted upon as such if:

• a) The name of the legislation or title of the post ends with amendemnt. (e.g. "The cool thing **amendment**")

• b) The enactment clause states it's to amend the constitution. (e.g. "This is to immediately amend the constitution")

• c) The body text of the legislation states it is an amendment. (e.g. "This is an amendment")

• d) The legislation states it amends an existing amendment in any way in the title or body. (e.g. "Freedom of proposition amendment modification act")
