Article 1: Council shall not have the authority to pass an amendment banning a specific individual without judicial trial
Article 2: Executive Chicanery Orders shall not have the authority to ban a specific individual
Article 3: Repealing this amendment would lead to immediate dissolution of council and removal of both the President and Vice President. This may be amended further only with a hundred percent council vote.
Article 4: All previous acts and amendments which explicitly ban individuals shall be struck.
