Make December 20th a half-mast flag day

Im not sure if this has already been done or not but I call on the VP to propose to make Dec. 20th a day where we would fly all Tengovian/Tegovian/Whatever-cause-it-doesn’t-matter flags at half-mast in order to commemorate the mass bannings of many important and loved members of the community. And thanks to SLSR for making the half-mast bill to even make this possible
