Council Bill Secretary Act (CBSA)

As this bill passes, a new government position shall be created, the Council Secretary (CS)

• The CS shall record all proposed bills into the ARPD

• The CS shall update the status of bills in the ARPD and in the subreddit

• This position shall not be considered a high office

• This is because of the way they're appointed

• The CS will be appointed by first a nomination by the Council Speaker

• The council will then vote on the nomination with a simple majority being all that is needed to pass

• Once the CS is decided they will be added to the Council Voting Groupchat (if not already)
