Article I: If two or more candidates for Council tie with each other for the last place which can get into Council, but all of them can't be in Council, then there shall be a runoff election whose candidates shall be the candidates who tied with each other. This runoff election must be held by the Election Minister no more than 24 hours after the conclusion of election and which shall last for 24 hours. If there are more than two candidates who tied with each other for the last place in the election which still will get into Council, then the runoff election shall use a Ranked Choice Voting system. In the meantime, all other candidates for Council who got more votes than the candidates in the Runoff Election shall still assume office as normal.
Article II: Elections for the offices of President, Vice President, Ombudsman, and Governor shall use Ranked Choice Voting unless if there are only two candidates running for the respective office.
