cat bot day

20260520-2 \\ ??? words \\ Passed \\ Score: 0 \\ No summary

I noticed a very core part of the TG discord, catbot is not celebrated enough. This prop will fix that cat bot day proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the Lion Party on 05.20.26 1. October 29th will become National Cat Bot Day 2. On this day, TG members will be encouraged to send photos their pet cats, use cat bot, and activate Cat Rains in the main TG discord 3. Bill will go effect instantly
