Section 1: Terms
Article 1: No law of TeenGovernment may attempt to prohibit, limit, or otherwise specify punishment for any stance or political belief. (e.g. You can't make a law outright banning a certain class of people or people who believe in a certain thing as long as they don't do anything illegal)
Article 2: Freedom of association

(a) No law of TeenGovernment shall make it illegal or seek punishment for being in a certain non-TG related server.

(b) No law of TeenGovernment shall make it illegal or seek punishment for having a certain opinion on non-TG-related server(s).

(d) Breach of this article is considered a breach of free speech and free association.

(e) An exception exists for prohibiting the advertisement of certain non-TG related server(s)

Article 3: Extension and specification of free speech and thought

(a) No law shall make it illegal or seek punishment for to having, or otherwise prohibit, a certain stance on issue(s), nor force someone to say they support or condemn something.

(b) This article does *not* apply to actions or intent to commit crimes. (Not really needed since this article doesn't talk about actions at all but rather thought and speech, but you know, gotta cover all the bases.)

Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This amendment shall take effect immediately
Article 2: This amendment shall immediately override any laws previously passed that are in violation of this amendment.

Probably not a perfect amendment, but I looked and we have almost no freedom of association laws (except for an article of the EORA which supports it for personal association, but this makes it effect groups too.
