Article I: Article III of the Council Size Referendum Amendment shall be repealed and replaced by the following: The options available for the question of how many seats a voter thinks should be up for that monthā€™s election shall include every whole number greater than or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 1/6 of the number of registered citizens.
