article I) firearms are to be classed as a freedom of expression. article II) fully automatic firearms are deemed unsafe and are not to be permitted unless it is a firearm made PRE 1980 (as it is a classic). article III) all firearms must be registered and licesned. article VI) all modifications onto firearms are permitted EXCLUDING auto sears, but permitting FRTs. when this law is decided upon and implimented by the council, all firearms are to be reviewed.
