This bill functions to add relavancy to objections
Relavant evidence will be defined as
Evidence that makes a fact more or less probable
Exclusions -
Prejudice. Moves to sway jury with emotion or likewise instead of with fact
Confusion
Waste of time
Character evidence
Rule of completeness - if opposing council believes evidence to be misleading they have to provide the context in its entirety.
Ex: evidence is admitted with one user saying - I'm gonna kill you. In context it is seen to be a joke. This snippet is misleading the jury
Really sorry to ask, but can council vote on this soon? I apologize greatly
Anyway love y'all <3
