Purpose: To prevent partys from controlling members the judiciary therefore preventing authoritarianism via a netrual court system
Article I: All members of the judiciary must be independent
Artical II: If someone is appointed to the judiciary they must leave any partys within 72 hours of appointment otherwise forfeit their seat
Artical III: If someone is a current member of the judiciary they must leave any partys within 7 days of the Acts passing otherwise face impeachment
