Resignation option amendment

Preface: I have realized that while it is often referenced it is only mentioned as being possible in certain offices like president council justice and minister, any government official should be able to resign, I cannot technically be resigned from election investigations (though I don't intend to engage in them) until this passes.
Article I: any government official can resign from office
Article II: where it is not directly mentioned otherwise when a resignation occurs the new position will be put back in place through the same way as typically appointed or elected.
