Considering that the trials I've seen have all been attempting to convict a user and get the banned, I think that we should have are trials with the rules of criminal trials.
The most notable part of this is the difference in the way the jury decides, which is frankly a lot easier to understand, this being are they at fault vs how much at fault they are
