Section 7 Article III Says:

• Article III: A department is to be established: the Department of Public Affairs. This department will be responsible for communicating with the general public. Two ministers will oversee the department: The Minister of the Press, responsible for informing citizens of the council’s decisions regarding recent propositions and enforcing transparency laws. There will also be a Minister of the Library, responsible for creating and maintaining a publicly accessible list of all bills passed by the Council.
