Preamble: Outstanding circumstances have created a need for both Shrimp and Cheese for Foreign Affairs.
Alongside a basic expansion of roleplay, expansion of the rights of the Vice President, and an assets system for a temporary time, meant to be overridden or superseded once a more convenient system comes into effect.

(a) Hereinafter, the term Cheese is known as a food made from the pressed curds of milk, firm and elastic or soft and semi-liquid in texture, and for use within legality, a virtual object which can be considered traded for any use, which may be purchased, sold, or otherwise used in any way decided upon by the individual with legal ownership of it.
(b) Hereinafter, the term Shrimp is known as a small free-swimming crustacean with an elongated body, typically marine and frequently harvested for food. And for use within legality, a virtual object which can be considered traded for any use, which may be purchased, sold, or otherwise used in any way decided upon by the individual with legal ownership of it.
(c) Both Cheese and Shrimp are to be considered legal assets, of which shan't be seized by the Government without a valid law permitting it.
(d) This law is to be known as the Cheese and Shrimp Trade.
(e) Both Cheese and Shrimp may be traded to foreign states or independent nations.
(f) Foreign States or Independent Nations are defined as other political simulators
(g) Both Cheese and Shrimp may be sold, traded, or otherwise used by any individual for any reason.

(a) Upon the passing of this document, the Vice President shall be held subject to the creation and tracking of Cheese and Shrimp.
(b) The Vice President is to be responsible for the distribution of both Cheese and Shrimp, this is to be officially done by an Excel sheet stating which individual owns what amount of Cheese and Shrimp, alongside tracking all Cheese and Shrimp traded to Foreign Nations.
(c) To uphold Sec II (b), all trade, selling, or otherwise transferring of Cheese and/or Shrimp to another individual must be reported to the Vice President for proper tracking and documentation.
(d) To uphold Sec II (c) the transferring of Cheese and/or Shrimp without proper reporting to the Vice President is considered null and void, and shall not be recognized under law.
(e) The “Cheese and Shrimp Trade” is recognized under law as the official Foreign Trade with cheese and shrimp as the assets sent.
(f) If the Vice President fails to accurately record, illegally adds, or otherwise commits misconduct within the tracking they may be held legally responsible, in the case of provable and intended fraud or misconduct.
(g) To uphold Sec II(f) The Ombudsman may investigate the Excel Sheet of Cheese and Shrimp, and shall be legally obligated to report upon a case of fraud.
(h) Any individual may request the current amount of Cheese or Shrimp they own, and the Vice President is obligated to share it.
(i) If the Vice President finds their duty too burdensome, they may legally request both the Economy Minister and serving President to assist, of which shall assume equal rights and obligations to ensure the sending of Shrimp and Cheese, alongside edit rights within the Excel document
(j) To send Cheese or Shrimp to any individual, only the individual sending the amount may request upon it, not the Recipient.

(a) Upon the passing of this law, the Vice President is obligated to create a total of 500 counts of Cheese and 500 counts of Shrimp. Within this count, 250 of each sum is to be considered for trade, and cannot be distributed, the remaining 250 of each is legally obligated to be sold by the Government.
(b) To uphold Sec III(a) the selling of Cheese and Shrimp shall occur as the following
(1) The Vice President is to set a price of T, and once sent to the Government, alongside proof of it occurring, the Cheese and/or Shrimp purchased is to be considered as their asset, and registered as such. This price shall not and cannot be less than 1 T
(2) The Vice President shall only send a maximum of 50 Shrimp and 50 Cheese to an individual, maximum, to avoid a monopoly, yet that individual may independentally get Cheese or Shrimp from other means
(3) Once all Cheese and Shrimp is exhausted, the Vice President may, at any time, create more of either Cheese or Shrimp, yet it must be approved by the Economy Minister before any may be legally created.
(4) Cheese or Shrimp is to be available for purchase at all times, whilst any currently are owned by the Government, unless another law forces it to halt.
(5) To avoid the inflation of Cheese or Shrimp, the Vice President may also request Government funds to purchase Cheese or Shrimp from an individual with legal ownership over it.
(c) Cheese may be created, at any moment, by transforming milk into curds and whey, then draining, pressing, and optionally aging the curds to create a variety of cheeses. (only applicable once the map becomes usable, and only if made to work, if not, this is null).
(d) Shrimp may be caught by coastal regions, via “fishing”. Whilst an individual owns a fishing rod, and is near water, shrimp is a catchable option (in the case a fishing system is not created, this is nullified).

(a) This law comes into effect immediately upon passing.
(b) The trade fund is immediately legally usable for any trade with the Union of Reddit, and may be sent at discretion, upon a formal agreement, treaty, or otherwise any legal agreed upon means of Foreign Affairs with the Union of Reddit.
(c) In the case of Excel being unusable, The Vice President may decide to use any sheets app.
