Article 1: Minimum posts.
1.1: Every 7 days 2 census reminders must be made. The following conditions must be met for each post.

1. The census reminder messages may not be done within the same day.
2. They must provide the link to the census within every reminder.
3. They must be posted within the “Sub-and-Discord-News” channel.
4. They must be pinned via a moderator of the official Discord server, for this to be properly enforced, a moderator must be pinged.

Article 2: Failure to meet the minimum
2.1: If the Minister of The Census fails to meet the minimum requirements per week, a two-strike system will be instituted.

1. If the minister doesn’t fulfill their quota for the week, then they will be given one strike. If they do not fulfill their duties and receive two strikes, then they will be removed from their position as minister.
2. Until a new minister is appointed by the president, one of the council members will take on the responsibility temporarily.
