Section I: Purpose and IntentThis bill aims to prevent Upper class candidates having an easier time than Working to Middle class candidates winning elections.
Section II: Provisions

1. All elections after passing this act shall have an equally distributed campaign fund for all candidates in the elections. These campaign funds shall consist of money from the government treasury as well as public donations. These funds will also go to debates.
2. Candidates may not use their own money to promote themselves.

Section III: Clarification

1. OORP, I do not know how this could be functionally implemented.
2. This Act shall be amended when Council or someone else figures out a way to do this.
