Article I: Censure is defined as a formal expression of disapproval or condemnation for misconduct.
Article II: If a Councilmember acts in disorder with the rules of Council or is viewed to have a poor moral conduct, a vote which requires a simple majority may be held to censure the Councilmember.
Article III: The accused Councilmember may not vote against their censure.
