1. To sue someone you must first have evidence that sueing is a necessary action to take

1a. Evidence includes, Screenshots taken in public servers, recordings of voice chats in public voice servers, screenshots/recordings of private servers/voice chats if all parties within the private chat give consent for it to be shared

1. This evidence must be submitted to a unaffiliated Justice who shall determine if the offense is worth being sued over

2a. If the evidence shows clear signs of a rule broken it may be transferred to a criminal case
(my first bill proposal yay)
