The idea behind this is a simple database that records the crimes a user has committed.
Created mostly for the upcoming arc trial, the upcoming economy, and further scenarios the future may hold.
\#1: A new section shall be added to the wiki where this shall be recorded if passed.
\#2: When a user is found guilty of a crime, their name and crime shall be recorded in the wikipedia.
\#3: If the user owns a important users page their crime must be stated on that page.
\#4: Discrimination caused by a crime would at first give a warning, and if extreme would give a rule 1 violation
\#5: Victim names will not be placed in these records without the consent of the victims. If there are none then this rule is naught.
\#6: A crime can only be something that a court decides you guilty of, not a moderator, MET, or any other position of power.
\#7: In the case the criminal has D.I.D, only the alter responsible shall be named, this is also what happens in the case of multiple people using the same account.
