Separation of unrelated servers act

20260306-0 \\ ??? words \\ Passed \\ No summary

This idea is meant to avoid future teen goonerments, or other similar situations.
\#1: A server/gc having teen government members does not make it a teen government channel
\#2: If a channel speaks directly upon events in teen government, it is not considered a teen government channel
\#3: If a channel's main purpose is Teen government-related, it is considered a Teen government server
\#4: Crimes, according to teen government law, cannot be enforced using information found in non teen government servers. Yet, conspiring/threatening to break a law may result in a warning or temporary ban. Information in unrelated servers may be used as a test of character in court, the extent to which this is dependent on the overseeing judge.
\#5: A server will be considered a teen government server if it fits 1 or more of these conditions. 1: The server speaks mostly of teen government, 2: the server is made for teen government purposes, 3: Majority involved agrees upon it being a teen government server 70% up, 4: the server is a government-related server (Court, but in the future more), and 5: If the creator, someone who must be a citizen of teen government, makes that choice. But, all of this may be completely revoked in the circumstance a moderator of the main Discord says so or if removed by trial.
\#6: Prosecution based on evidence found in a non-teen government server shall lead the prosecutor to stand trial for violation of this act.
