With the monopoly reg act dead I figured I would take some of the less controversial aspects, change em up a bunch, and make a Labor regulations act. Thanks to froggy for the original idea
Article I: All workers are guaranteed some form of compensation for labor
Article II: A minimum wage shall be determined by the economic minister soon after the economies start (FIAT currency having variable value makes setting one rate here difficult)
Article III: There will be regulations set for labor safety and consumer protection by the economy minister which will be in line with the games design to be doable
Article IV: Council can choose to override and alter the economy ministers decisions given in articles II and III
Article V: To prevent massive conflict of interest the economy minister cannot own a company, own part of a company, or be employed outside of the government (the government will likely determine officials wages soon after the economies release, so they will be able to have money without other employment.)
