I think that this, in theory, creates two separate offices, of overlapping authorities, with slightly different numbers needed to impeach and such because this bill has it's own rules stated, which obviously is kind of confusing and counter intuitive.

I said yes in support of the bill, because it is genuinely a good idea and I would like to be more transparent , but did ask if it were redundant or not. Before we had an opportunity to discuss that, Camel posted that it was passed. I think further deliberation on our part is needed to consider the details and I promise that I’ll reach out to you, and any other curious citizens, once I have any concrete answers.
