Isn’t the minister of library meant to make a place to see all the laws? And where can I find it?

Ok so you have to work on a lawbook with every law and amendment and the constitution, as per a recent amendment.

It's not technically official but the ARPD law-tracker may help: https://laws.arpd.zerr.cc/

Though make sure to still check reddit for super-recent bills/laws. The site's bill updating system is currently broken so all the data is correct as of about 4 or 5 days ago, but recent bills may be missing.
